Tight tomato - 500 g.
Mali - 4 tbsp
Paneer -250 g
Red chilly -1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Sugar -2 tsp
Dry coriander -1/2 tsp
METHOD
1 - boil and peel tomato
2 - grind
3 - add 2 tbsp mali and grind
4 - take a pan add 2 tbsp mali
5 - add grind tomato and all spices and sugar rest in medium flame 15 minute
6 - paneer cut square piece
7- shahi is ready add paneer
8 - your shahi paneer is ready
