PUDINA [MINT] MATTHI





INGRIDENT

Dry mint - 2 tbsp
Refined flour - 1 bowl
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1 pinch 
Oil - deep fry

METHOD 

1 - take a  bowl add dry mint , refined flour , salt , chat masala , ajwain ,2 tbsp oil and some water make a dough and 10 minute rest


2 - cut a ball and make a very small chapati


3 -small hole with folk
4 -when oil is ready add in matthi in medium low flame

5 -both side matthi is golden out in oil
6 - your pudina matthi is ready
