INGRIDENT
Karela - 1 k.g.
Red chilly - 2 tsp
Sauf -2 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Dry coriander -1/2 tsp
Amchoor - 2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
[Pickle masala its optional ]
Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
METHOD
1 - karela wash and peel
2 - deseed karela
3 -add all spices in karela and mix it
4 - masala stuff in karela
5 - add oil in pan
6- add stuff karel in pan in low flame and cover pan
7 - keep on flipping the karela until its roasted
8 - your stuff karela is ready
