COCONUT BURFI





INGRIDENT


Dry coconut - 2
Khoya - 500 g
Desi khand  [sugar] - 3 tbsp[according to taste]
Desi ghi - 2 tsp
Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
Pista - 10/12


METHOD

1 - great  coconut

2 - great khoya

3 - take a pan add ghi

4 - add coconut and cook3 minute in medium low flame

5 - add khoya  cook 3 minute and add sugar 
6 - burfi cook 5 minute add elaichi powder and great pista

7 - grease plate 
8 - add burfi and rest 3/4 hour

9 - cut piece
10 - your coconut burfi is ready
