INGRIDENT
Gram flour - 2 bowel
Curd - 2 tbs
Curry leaves - 9-10 leaves
Mustard seeds 1 pinch
Red chilly - 2tsp
Salt - according to taste
Turmeric - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Dry corriender - 1 tsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Jeera - 1 pinch
Oil - 3 tbsMETHOD
1 - add 1 tsp red chilly, 1/2 tsp turmeric, salt , 1 tsp oil add in gram flour and some water . mix and make a dough
2 - make a long roll
3 - add water in pan
4 - boil water add in roll in medium flame in 5 minute
5 - roll cut
6 - all spices add in curd and mix in bowel
7 - take a pan add oil , hing ,jeera ,mustard seeds and curry leaves
8 - add spices curd and water mix it
9 - gatee add in boil water in 5 minute in medium flame
10 - your curd gatta is ready
