INGRIDENTS
Sooji - 1 small bowel
Sugar - 1 small bowel
Desi ghi - 2 table spoon
Water - 4 small bowel
Dry fruit - according to taste
METHOD
1 - take a pan in medium flame
3 - cook until it sets browen
4 - add sugar and water mix it and stir continuously
5 - after 5 minute add dry fruit
6 -look your halwa is smoothily thick so your sooji halwa is ready
7 - halwa decorate with dry fruit
