INGRIDENT

Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Hing [ grind] - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp

METHOD
1 - all spices mix in bowel

2 - add lemon juice in all spices and  make dough


3 - make a very small balls and rest in 1 hour
