DHABE WALI MIRCHI








INGRIDENT

Green chilly - 15/20
Curry leaves - 20/25
Mustard  seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Amchur - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbs

METHOD

1 - wash chilly

2 - chopped leaves

3 - mustard seeds put hot oil

4  - add chopped leaves and chilly
5 - add salt and amchur and mix it

6 - mix in low flame 10 minute
7 - keep on string in between
8 - your dhaba  mirchi is ready
