INGRIDENT
Milk [ full cream ] - 1 ltr
Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Desi ghi- 2 tsp
METHOD
1 - boil milk and continuously string
2 - milk reduse half
3 - add lemon juice and string
4 - add sugar and string add ghi
5 -milk is thick
6 - take a bowl grees it
7 - thick paste put in greese bowl and rest 4/5 hour
8 -milk cake out in bowl
9 - your milk cake is ready
