MATAR MUSHROOM





 INGRIDENT


Matar - 1/2 kg

Mushroom  - 250g

Tomato - 2

Ginger - 1 small piece

Green chilly - 3

Mali - 1tbsp

Oil - 2 tbsp

Salt - according to taste

Red chilly - less 1/2 tsp

Dry coriander - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Garam masala - less 1/2 tsp

Sugar - 1/2 tsp

METHOD

1 - cut and wash mushroom


2 - boil matar


3 -grind tomato ,ginger and green chilly

4 -take a pan add 2 tbsp oil add mushroom 

5 -mushroom saute

6 -  mushroom colour is light golden out in pan


7 - grind paste and all spices add in pan and mix 5 minute


8 - after 5 minute add mushroom and matar mix


9 - add some water and rest 10 minute in medium low flame

10 - add mali


11 - your matar mushroom is ready
